FAQ
What data is included?
Planning-commission and city-council land-use items and city project lists from official public sources across Utah, tagged by category, stage and likely trades with published rules. Each item links to the official source.
How fresh is it?
Sources are checked on a schedule at a polite rate; each page shows when its source was last checked, and stale sources are flagged. See About & sources.
Are these bids or permits?
No. Agenda items and project-list entries are early signals, not bids, permits or leads. Always confirm with the official source.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, self-service from the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period; after that the account returns to Free (saved searches are kept but alerts and CSV export stop).
What about refunds?
A full refund on request within 7 days of your first charge for a plan or ad. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
How to pay
Payments go through Stripe Checkout: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, fully self-service. Plans can be changed or cancelled any time in the Stripe customer portal.
There is no fixed monthly fee. Stripe’s standard US pricing is 2.9% + 30¢ per successful domestic card transaction, and Stripe Billing (subscriptions) adds 0.7% of billing volume on pay-as-you-go. For instance, a $39 payment costs about $1.70 in fees.
