What to expect
- Data correction or removal
- Send the page link and what’s wrong. We fix factual errors and remove personal details on request, usually the same day we reply.
- Plans & billing
- Upgrades, cancellations and refunds (7-day refund on a first payment). Billing itself lives in Stripe.
- Advertising
- Ticker, city and site-wide sponsor slots. Ask for availability and the media kit.
- General
- Coverage requests, a city we’re missing, tips, or feedback on the site.
