Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel anytime

Subscriptions (Professional $39/month, Business $79/month) and ad slots ($49, $99 or $199 per month, or yearly) renew automatically. Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access or the ad continues until the end of the period you paid for.

2. 7-day first-charge refund

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge for a plan or ad and we will refund it to your original payment method through Stripe. This applies once per customer.

3. No partial-period refunds

After those 7 days, payments are non-refundable and we do not pro-rate partial months or partial years, including for yearly plans cancelled early, except where required by law or described in our ad rules (an ad we remove even though it followed the rules).

4. Price changes and founding rates

Founding rates are locked for 12 months from purchase. Other price changes take effect at your next renewal with at least 30 days’ notice.

5. How to request a refund

Email us from the address used at checkout with the date and amount of the charge. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
